No one is allowed to enter or go near that barrier,” said an ATS officer. Moreover, timings for entry to the disputed complex for ‘darshan’ of Ram at the makeshift temple are fixed. “How these people went up to the barrier near Katra Police station is a matter of concern and investigation,” added the ATS officer. It was the same gate from where four Pak-trained terrorists had forced entry into the complex in 1995.
